Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two reliable shipping methods to get your gear to you:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping: On orders over $50 via EMS – 15-25 business days after shipment
International Anglers Note: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). Customs fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original, unused condition with tags attached and packaging intact.
Important Exceptions: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, Hats, Socks & Gloves can only be returned if defective, and all Food items are final sale.
Simple 3-Step Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer refund or exchange

Step 2: Package & Ship
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Please:
- Repackage items securely in original packaging
- Include all original tags and accessories
- Ship to: FishCraft Shop Returns, 611 Mattson Street, Portland, US 97209
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Step 3: Completion
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method
- Exchanges: New items shipped within 1-2 business days after return approval
Refund Details
Your refund will include the item price minus any original shipping costs (unless return is due to our error).
Refund timing:
- Credit Cards: 3-5 business days after processing (depends on your bank)
- PayPal: Typically within 24 hours of processing
Exchange Options
Prefer a different item? We’ll help you exchange for:
- Another size/color of the same product
- A different product of equal or greater value (you’ll pay the difference)
- Store credit for future purchases
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. For exchanges to the same product in a different size/color, we’ll cover one-way shipping.
International Returns
For our global anglers:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs/duties fees for returns are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
