Our Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in original, unused condition with tags attached and packaging intact – just like when they left our shop.

Note on Special Items: Due to hygiene reasons, Hats, Socks & Gloves cannot be returned unless defective. All Food items are final sale for safety reasons.

Simple 3-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer refund or exchange

Step 2: Package & Ship

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Please:

  • Repackage items securely in original packaging
  • Include all original tags and accessories
  • Ship to: FishCraft Shop Returns, 611 Mattson Street, Portland, US 97209
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Step 3: Completion

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method
  • Exchanges: New items shipped within 1-2 business days after return approval

Refund Details

Your refund will include the item price minus any original shipping costs (unless return is due to our error). Refund timing:

  • Credit Cards: 3-5 business days after processing (depends on your bank)
  • PayPal: Typically within 24 hours of processing

Exchange Options

Prefer a different item? We’ll help you exchange for:

  • Another size/color of the same product
  • A different product of equal or greater value (you’ll pay the difference)
  • Store credit for future purchases

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. For exchanges to the same product in a different size/color, we’ll cover one-way shipping.

International Returns

For our global anglers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs/duties fees for returns are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
